Description

This service is exclusively offered to, and customized for schools, nurseries, and other student requirements. We are currently operating a fleet of 1130 buses with a mix of private school institutions and the Ministry of Education. The environmentally friendly DTC buses adhere to the highest international quality safety standards for school transportation services, thereby making sure of children’s safety and on-time arrival. 

DTC recently enhanced its fleet and services for People of Determination. In collaboration with Emirates School Establishment (ESE), DTC aims to increase number of beneficiaries from school bus services in public schools.

Eligibility

All parents and students from registered schools are eligible to benefit from this service.

Any educational institutes and authorities looking to seek the services of DTC School Bus can avail the services.

Process

For Educational Institutions (Onboarding Process):

Email (Sales)

• The school/ministry sends an email in order to avail the service for School Bus for their school.
• The IMS Team shall request for a meeting with the school/ministry representatives and the school bus department in order to understand the requirements and discuss terms.
• After finalizing the terms and cost for service with the school/ministry, the contracts shall be signed, and a date will be agreed upon for initiation of service.
• The contract is signed by both parties and agreed by both parties. 
• Service is provided to customer for agreed period

For Parents (Student Regiterations Process post Onboarding of School):

School Bus App

• Customer logs in to the app using their username and password or using their registered mobile number.
• Customer registers their child for the school bus service.
• Customer makes payment for the service (if required)
• Service is provided to customer based on the details provided

Call Center

• The customer calls the call center in order to book the School Bus Service.
• The customer will provide the call center executive with their email so that the contract for the service can be received.
• After this the customer will fill in the contract and provide a copy of their Emirates ID and payment proof.
• After this, the customer enters the required details (Pick up location and the location he wants to reach).
• The bus picks up and drops customer to the customer’s location

Email (School Bus)

• The customer sends an email in order to book a seat for their child/children in the School Bus.
• The executive handling the email will send the list of documents required and request for customer details (like name and ID of child/children, age of child, pick up and drop off location etc.) along with the contract.
• After this the customer will fill in the contract and provide a copy of the Emirates ID of the child and payment proof.
• The bus heads to the customer’s location at the agreed upon time and also picks up and drops off the child back to their homes.

Validity

The service is valid till the validity of the contract.

Service Outcome

A DTC School Bus (Yellow Color) with/or without driver and nanny (as per contract stipulation).
