DTC Limousine Service is a luxury chauffeur-driven vehicle designed to serve the needs of tourists and business professionals, such as, hotels, tour operators, airlines as well as Corporate and Government clients. This enriching experience service is available from Dubai to other Emirates, 24/7 since we understand the needs of our clients. We currently operate 387 diversified fleet of limousines with exclusivity in Dubai Mall, Atlantis, Global Village, Port Rashid etc.

• The customer logs in to the app using his username and password.
• The customer selects Booking a Limousine Vehicle service.
• The customer enters the required details (his current location and the location he wants to reach).
• The Limousine heads to the customer’s location

DTC Mobile Application

• The customer logs in to the app using his username and password.
• The customer selects Booking a Limousine Vehicle service.
• The customer enters the required details (his current location and the location he wants to reach).
• The Limousine heads to the customer’s location

Call Center

• The customer contacts the Call Centre
• The customer requests to book a Limousine vehicle.
• The Limousine vehicle heads to the customer’s location.

Ports

• The customer heads to the location where vehicles are parked in front of the exit door at all Dubai airports.
• The customer takes the Limousine.

Exclusive Location

• The customer heads to the location where vehicles are parked in front of the exit door at the exclusive location.
• The customer takes the Limousine.

Validity

From the time of requesting the service until the end of the journey and payment for service.

Terms and Conditions

• The customer is not allowed to eat or drink in the vehicle.
• The customer is not allowed to smoke in the vehicle.
• The customer is not allowed to have a pet inside the vehicle.
• The customer is responsible for his personal belongings. The service provider is not responsible for any loss or damage.
