Launched as Dubai’s first female chauffeur service for women, the Ameera Limousine service is distinguished by providing a luxury vehicle for our female customers who want a sophisticated transportation experience that exceeds their expectations at an affordable cost.

Ports

• Base Fare - AED 25

Note: Price Per Time (in mins) - If the vehicle is traveling below 30 Km/ hour for a continuous 60 second interval, then DTC will count that as one slow speed and charge 1 AED per min. This will be applicable for all types of vehicles.

Monday to Thursday:

• Day: 6 AM – 8 AM, 10 AM – 4 PM
• Peak Hours: 8 AM – 10 AM, 4 PM – 8 PM
• Night: 10 PM – 6 AM

Friday:

• Day: 6 AM – 8 AM, 10 AM – 4 PM
• Peak Hours: 8 AM – 10 AM, 4 PM – 12 AM
• Night: 12 AM – 6 AM

Saturday and Sunday:

• Day: 6 AM – 4 PM
• Peak Hours: 4 PM – 12 AM

Process

Call Center

• The customer contacts the Call Centre.
• The customer request to book a Ameera Limousine vehicle along with their vehicle preference.
• The Limousine vehicle heads to the customer’s location.

Ports

• The customer heads to the location where vehicles are parked in front of the exit door at all Dubai airports.
• The customer takes the limousine.

Exclusive Location

• The customer heads to the location where vehicles are parked in front of the exit door at the exclusive location.
• The customer takes the limousine.

Validity

From the time of requesting the service until the end of the journey and payment for service.

Service Outcome

Black DTC Limousine or Tesla with a female driver.

Terms and Conditions

• The service can only be availed to ladies.
• The customer is not allowed to eat or drink in the vehicle.
• The customer is not allowed to smoke in the vehicle.
• The customer is not allowed to have a pet inside the vehicle.
• The customer is responsible for his personal belongings. The service provider is not responsible for any loss or damage.
