This distinguished service is available to all customers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as per the request of the customer within Dubai. 

Eligibility

Family members, women, students & People of Determination are eligible to benefit from this service.

Required Documents

This service requires the following documents:

• Emirates ID or Passports or identity proof of Guardian and Dependents (in case passenger is below 18 years of age)
• Signed Contract
• Bank Transfer Copy

Service Fees

The cost of opening the counter is AED 25 and calculating AED 3.56 per kilometer for limousine vehicle and AED 2.23 for taxi vehicle.

Process

DTC App

• The customer logs in to the app using his username and password.
• The customer selects "In Safe Hands" service and selects "Book New".
• After this the customer will select whether the child is travelling with a Guardian or not. If they are travelling with a guardian, the details of the guardian and their documentation are required to be entered. If not the Emirates ID and details of the person travelling will be required.
• After this, the customer enters the required details (his Emirates ID, current location and the location he wants to reach).
• Lastly, the service will involve the customer accepting the terms and conditions of the service. 
• The taxi heads to the customer’s location

Validity

The service is valid as per the contractual agreement with the customer.

Service Outcome

DTC Limousine with driver to pick up and drop (as per the contract with the client) the children and guardian to the desired location.

The service can only be availed by family members, women, students & People of Determination. Terms and Conditions as mentioned in the contract.
