How much I have to pay for the driver
• Daily: AED 250 / 8 hours daily. Extra hours AED 40 / hour. • Weekly: AED 1,000 / 8 hours a day / 5 days per week, excluding FRI and SAT. • Monthly: AED 3,500 / 8 hours a day / 22 days per month / SAT & SUN not included. • In case of hiring the driver on Saturdays & Sunday, AED 250 / day will be charged. • It is calculated AED 40 for each additional hour, the part of hour is considered one full hour.

Why I can’t book a taxi / limousine from other Emirates other than Dubai (E.g. Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Etc.)?
Our operations are limited to picking up customers only from within the Emirate of Dubai, to any location within UAE. This is based on mutual agreements with other Emirates, as there are local transport service providers within the other respective Emirates.

How can I make a Complaint, Suggestion and/or report a lost item?
You can always call 8009090 or email ask@rta.ae where an RTA customer service agent would happily register your complaint. If your case is related to DTC App, you may open a ticket through the DTC App itself.
What happens after I submit my complaint?
Your complaint would be sent to an officer who would conduct an investigation and acknowledge within 24 hours. You may be contacted during the investigation process to learn more about the issue, if necessary.
What if I am not satisfied with the decision?
You can always issue a grievance by re-submitting another complaint in which the decision will be studied and you will receive the response within 7 working days.
What information do I need prior to reporting an issue?
The best way to ensure a proper reporting is to keep your trip’s receipt since it will have all the basic required information, which your customer services representative will need to log during the call. This basic information includes: Trip Date, Pick-Up Location & Time, Drop-Off Location & Time, Vehicle Side/Plate Number, Total Fare Paid as per the Meter.
When will I receive a resolution to my complaint?
You would receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours and your case will be resolved within 7 working days. You can always check the status of your case by calling the RTA Call Center on 8009090 or checking on the channel where the complaint was registered.
How can I report a driver who is not following safety regulations (example: Reckless Driving / Driver’s Attitude...etc.)?
Customer may call the RTA Call Center 8009090 or send an email to ask@rta.ae in case of a complaint against a taxi / limousine / bus driver. DTC App or School Bus App customers may report through the respective App itself.
How can I report a lost item?

Why can’t I get an accurate trip cost from point A to point B?
The fare amount depends on several factors, including but not limited to: Waiting time charges which is activated when the vehicle is in a waiting mode (e.g. traffic jam, traffic light…etc.(. Please note that this factor isn’t predictable, therefore, we can only estimate the fare amount for your trip on the DTC App before completing your booking process.
